11-month Warranty
Brown & Co. Property Inspections of Phoenix & Surrounding Areas
11-month warranty inspections are evaluations performed on a new construction property approximately 11 months after completion. These inspections aim to identify issues or defects that may have arisen since the property was completed and to ensure that the builder has fulfilled their warranty obligations.
During an 11-month warranty inspection, our inspectors will examine all aspects of the property, including the roof, foundation, electrical and plumbing systems, heating and cooling systems, and other components, to determine if any repairs or improvements are necessary. The inspector will also assess the quality of the construction work and verify that the home meets building standards. If any issues are found, the builder may be asked to make repairs by the homeowner. Our 11-month warranty inspections are conducted by professional inspectors knowledgeable in new construction and building codes. The 11-month warranty inspection starts at $325, depending on the size of the home. We provide this service throughout the Phoenix metro area, including Peoria, Glendale, Sun City, Surprise, Avondale, Buckeye, and more.
Jim Brown did a very thorough inspection of my newly built home. He caught quite a few things that needed attention that the construction supervisor had overlooked. Jim took the time to explain his findings with me in great detail. He was very prompt in returning the inspection report which contained clear photos and good descriptions of all the defects.
