WHAT IS THE PARALLEL INSPECTION PROGRAM?

To become a Licensed Home Inspector with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration, an aspiring home inspector must complete 84 hours of approved classroom training, pass a national exam, and complete 30 parallel inspections with a qualified inspector. This training aims to provide students with a well-rounded education that prepares them for a career in the field. Combining classroom instruction with practical experience allows students to develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed as a professional home inspector.
